Official summary
The cowl cover end(s) are unsnapped at the front fenders(s). The retainer clip(s) on the fender(s) may be mislocated or a retaining tooth/ teeth on the cowl cover may be broken. If the retainer clip(s) cannot be repositioned to provide proper retention or a retaining tooth is broken off of the cowl cover. Bulletin involves installing a revised cowl cover.
