Official summary
Bulletin applies to vehicles built prior to september 8, 1995 (mdh 09-08-xx) at belvedere assembly. Water may enter air cleaner housing from the vehicle cowl to cowl cover seam. If excessive water enters the air cleaner housing, it can be injested into the engine and potentially cause internal engine damage. Repair involves sealing the cowl seal and adding a hole in side of the air cleaner box.
