Customer Satisfaction Notification A0D – Electronic Shift Module - Dealer Notification The Electronic Shift Module (ESM) software on about 20,000 of the above vehicles may cause the rotary electronic shifter to become unresponsive. This condition may cause a "Service Shifter" message to appear on the instrument panel cluster and prevent the vehicle from starting.
