Official summary
Although the rear bumper is not equipped with a rear fog light, the Park Distance Control (PDC) wiringharness includes an unused fog light connector located in an area exposed to moisture. During production, the connector was wrapped in black electrical tape, which does not provide sufficientprotection against moisture and may allow water to enter the wiring harness.
