Official summary
DESCRIPTION Some customers may complain that the Adaptive LED Headlights (ALH) aim upward for several seconds just before the vehicle comes to a stop during nighttime driving. This is caused by improper control logic of the ALH. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the ALH has been modified. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. Reprogram the ALH with the Mazda Modular Diagnostic System (M-MDS), using Mazda Diagnostic And Repair Software (MDARS). Refer to MDARS ECU Reprogramming Procedure.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
