Official summary

On some Cybertruck vehicles, customers may experience low frequency shaking, rattling, and/or vibrations at the door assemblies and/or LH side mirror when the vehicle is driven at high speeds. Upon customer complaint, inspect the vehicle for symptoms related to the condition. If symptoms are present, apply new adhesive to the reinforcement brackets and, if necessary, install additional butyl pads on the affected door assemblies.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
