Official summary
Some vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit a condition where certain devices built on the Android OS platform (including Voxx rear seat entertainment system) indicate they are connected to the vehicle s Wi-Fi hotspot, but internet performance is degraded. Symptoms may include no internet access, intermittent connectivity, and/or limited/very low streaming capability. Some websites/apps may partially load while others do not load at all, despite showing Connected. This may be due to the telematics control unit (TCU) software.
