2025-2026 Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with power running boards do not deploy the running boards in auto mode when the easy entry/exit setting for "Approach Detection" is toggled on. This is a change from prior models. Currently, easy entry/exit settings in the vehicle's center display screen incorrectly indicates that power running boards will deploy during approach detection in auto mode.
