Certain IONIQ 5 (NEA EV) vehicles are eligible for a software update to the VCMS which would enable the Plug and Charge (PNC) function to support its use on Tesla V3 and V4 Superchargers, IONNA chargers, and ChargePoint chargers. This bulletin provides instructions for completing a software update to the VCMS.
