Official summary

WARRANTY EXTENSION CAMPAIGN: OWNER NOTIFICATION (WTY044) - This document is the owner notification advising that Kia is extending the New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage to all owners for certain repairs related to the Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU) in 2022-2024 MY EV6 vehicles from 10 years / 100,000 miles to 15 years / 180,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from the date the vehicle was first put into service. This warranty extension is to address concerns involving the ICCU, which may result in the difficulty or inability to charge your vehicle using Level 1 or Level 2 AC

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
