Official summary
Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit a no crank/no start condition with a discharged battery in cold weather conditions (below 32°F Ý0°C¨). Once this condition occurs, the battery draw will remain constant every time the ignition is turned off. This may be due to the power fold seat module (PFSM) (also referred to as the seat control module J ÝSCMJ¨) software keeping the controller area network (CAN) bus awake.
