Official summary
Some 2022 Navigator vehicles may exhibit a loss of driver seat adjustment functions after replacing the driver seat module (DSM). The accelerator and brake pedals may also move when actuating certain seat adjustment switches. This may be due to incorrect software being released into the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool at the time of the previous programmable module installation (PMI). The software has since been corrected on Ford servers. To correct the condition, perform Programmable Module Installation (PMI) on the DSM using the latest software level of the FDRS scan tool.
