Mercedes-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain subject vehicles, the software for the Headlamp Range (HLI) control unit does not correspond to the latest series production configuration. As a result, adaptive lighting functions may not be available. Additionally, the following instrument cluster message may appear: "Adaptive High Beam Assist is not available" or "Digital Light: Functionality limited" MBUSA will conduct an OTA service campaign.
