Dealer Message - American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM) is searching for certain 2022-2025 MDX Type S’s with a client complaint of a stuck stroke sensor failure DTC C164X-2A (Stroke Sensor Failure) stored. Clients may notice the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) on with error messages “Air suspension problem. Vehicle height cannot be adjusted. See your dealer.”, or “Electronic Air Suspension Problem.” displayed. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to inspect the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
