Certain GV70 (JK1/JK1A) and GV70 Electrified (JK1A EV) vehicles may exhibit a condition where the power tailgate becomes inoperative. This bulletin provides instructions to perform two software updates for the Power Tailgate (PTG) module to resolve this condition.
