Smartphone As A Key (SPAAK) SOP 5.0 FOTA Backup Release The customer may comment on the following: ● Customer unable to add digital key to the vehicle / Customer not able to pair phone in the digital key app. ● Customer unable to see digital key tile in radio / GMA App (Ram App). ● Customer accepted FOTA multiple times but did not get the digital key (SPAAK) capability. This bulletin involves updating the SPAAK module with the latest available software.
