Complaint Valeo Steering Column Module (N80) goes into bootloader after updating software to A2239028729. To verify the supplier and software number of the steering column module. See attachment "Supplier Identification" for assistance. Cause MRSM/SCCM flashed to SW A2239028729 Remedy Please send VIN specific ID1 Support Package online using the XENTRY Kit used during the time the error occurred. Then, create an XSS ticket using the Support Tool icon under XENTRY Diagnosis.
