Official summary
Some 2025 Expedition and Navigators may exhibit a no crank/no start condition with no Powertrain Control Module (PCM) communication. This condition may be due to the ground connection at G101. Inspect G101 for proper connection and tighten to 106 lb.in (12 Nm). If condition remains after tightening G101, continue with normal diagnostics. Refer to Workshop Manual, Section 303-06 Starting System. For claiming, use causal part 14290 and labor operation 11000A in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
