Official summary
Some GV70 (JK1A) and GV70 Electrified (JK1A EV) vehicles may exhibit a condition where the hood does not open when the in-cabin hood release lever is engaged. This may be due to the release cable not being securely mounted in its bracket. This bulletin provides instructions to access and properly seat the hood release cable into its mounting bracket.
