Official summary
Some GV80 (JX1) vehicles may exhibit a rubbing/dragging noise when rotating the steering wheel due to a misaligned clock spring. Airbag operation is not affected. Follow the procedure in this TSB to inspect and, if necessary, replace the multifunction switch.
