Official summary
This article supersedes TSB 24-2141 to update the service procedure and change labor operation from actual time to actual time with a limit. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit all of the following conditions: * Charge status indicator (CSI) segments flashing blue * High voltage battery continues to charge after preset charge target percentage has been met while using level 1 or level 2 charger. This may be due to the software in the secondary on-board diagnostic control module C (SOBDMC).
