Official summary
Backlite Heated Liftgate Glass Assembly: For rear window defrost inoperative concerns where heated glass electrical tab has become detached, it is not necessary to replace the glass assembly. For loose or detached electrical tab, refer to TSB 23-007-25 for repair procedures on reattaching a loose tab. For burned or discolored gridlines on hard tops, DO NOT change the complete Flipper glass assembly. This discoloration is oxidation of the ceramic silver material and is normal.
