Complaint Vehicle will not start, High Voltage Malfunction error in IC Cause The FUSI (function safety) lock is activated which is causing the vehicle to not operate. Remedy SW resolution implemented with BMS SW versions greater than or equal to 50 (ex. 24/30 50). An XSF ticket is required to unlock the FUSI restriction. Open a XSS ticket for FUSI unlock and BMS SW verification. Provide the D7 user id performing the FUSI unlock procedure via XENTRY in XSS ticket. Check for BMS SW update after FUSI reset has been performed. Only open a TIPS case if: - FUSI reset was not successful or advised by
