Official summary

Some 2024-2025 Ranger vehicles may exhibit a difficult to cycle glove compartment lock using the key. To correct this condition, insert the key into the glove compartment lock cylinder and cycle the key clockwise from the 12 o'clock position (unlocked) to the 3 o'clock position (locked) and then back to the 12 o'clock position (unlocked), 5 times. Extra force may be required during the initial clockwise key turn from the 12 o'clock position to the 3 o'clock position. This extra force will set the lock into the correct position and optimize turning efforts. For claiming, use causal part 60060T1
