Official summary
A concern has been identified on specific vehicles within the above vehicle range, where customers may experience loss of power, rattling from underside of the vehicle and the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illuminated on the instrument cluster. The root cause of the symptoms is the catalytic converter over temperature. The calibration of the exhaust sound tuning feature allows for too many repeated activations in a short period of time, resulting in catalytic converter over temperature

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
