Official summary
Some 2025 Expedition/Navigator vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B144F:19, B144F:13, B1557:19, B1557:31 and/or B15E8:19 in the rear gate trunk module (RGTM) when a diagnostic self-test is performed. If no other symptoms, DTCs, or issues are identified, no further action is required. Replacement and/or reprogramming of the RGTM will not resolve this condition.
