This is a Technical Journal: AC Charging Limited to 15 Amps or Not Charging At All. 1. Check the charging settings on the vehicle's center screen, specifically the amperage setting. 2. Set the amperage to 15A and have the customer attempt charging again with the affected charger. 3. If the car does not charge at 15A, reduce the amperes further, down to 10A.
