Some 2023 – 2025 Crown and 2024 – 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid vehicles equipped with a Hybrid Transmission Assembly HPC60 may exhibit a shudder sensation when the vehicle is at a complete stop, the State of Charge (SOC) of the HV Battery is greater than 76%, and the transmission is in the Drive position with the brakes applied.
