This message is to inform dealers that Customer Satisfaction Program N232428240, released on March 7, 2024 through GM GlobalConnect Message GCUS-3-3167, is being temporarily suspended. Involved vehicle status in IVH will be temporarily changed from “Open” to “Manually Closed”. Dealers will be notified when repairs can be resumed. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
