Official summary
Certain Elantra (CN7 and CN7A) vehicles may experience the following conditions: • Lack of airflow coming from the forward-facing center vents • Mode actuator not changing airflow direction after various inputs • Popping/snap noise when switching between different modes If any of the conditions above exist, follow the repair procedure in this bulletin to replace the ventilator lever.
