LICENSE PLATE FRAME INTERFERENCE TO REAR BUMPER IF YOU CONFIRM A license plate frame does not sit flush and is making contact at bottom edge when installed to the Rear Bumper, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. Figure 1 Figure 2 ACTION Refer to the SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin to relocate the license plate mounting holes in the Rear Bumper. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. You MUST closely follow the entire SERVICE PROCEDURE as it contains information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.
