FLUID LEAK FROM THE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL CASE ACTUATOR MOTOR PLASTIC THREADS SERVICE INFORMATION Figure 1 Figure 2 If the front differential has a fluid leak coming from the actuator motor plastic threads (Figure 1): a. Place an alignment mark on the splined actuator body and the gear carrier (Figure 2). b. Remove the actuator and thoroughly clean the threads, making sure not to allow RTV to fall into the differential case. c.
