TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: DRIVE MODE BUTTON COVER REPLACEMENT (SA597) - This bulletin provides the procedure to replace the ‘Drive Mode’ button cover on certain 2025MY Carnival HEV (KA4 HEV) vehicles produced from August 23, 2024 through October 19, 2023, which may exhibit a stuck or “sticky” ‘Drive Mode’ button operation. Due to variations in ambient temperature, the ‘Drive Mode’ button cover material may expand or contract, preventing the button from returning to the default position.
