Official summary
Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022-2024 vehicles that were built with a front HVAC assembly drain valve that can become clogged after continued use of certain interior cleaning products. This clogging may cause condensation from the evaporator to build up and overflow, causing the carpet in the driver and passenger footwell areas to become wet. Rivian will replace the drain valve with an improved part. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
