(AHM) is searching for certain 2024 Civics with a customer complaint of the passenger side rear window inop from the master switch on the driver’s door as well as its own switch. To better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
