Official summary

Complaint Automatic window raising function of side window inoperative. Cause Denormalization of the window lifter system. Remedy Update the software in the affected door control unit (N69/x). This requires the door control unit (N69/x) to be commissioned. (Path: XENTRY -> Control units view -> DCU-XX (N69/x) -> Adaptations -> Commissioning) SW item numbers of the repair software: • A1679023716 for the door control units on the front doors (N69/1 and N69/2) • A1679023816 for the door control units on the rear doors (N69/3 and N69/4)
