Official summary
Some 2021–2024 Bronco and 2024 Ranger vehicles may exhibit a loss of driver's door switch pack control along with any of the following symptoms: * inability to open or close the windows * driver's window switch not working or not working intermittently * cannot fold or unfold the side mirror * cannot adjust the side mirror in any direction * diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1087:87 stored in the driver's door module (DDM) and/or the passenger door module (PDM) * DTC U2013:23 stored in the DDM and/or PDM
