TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: DOOR BELT OUTSIDE WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT (SA589) - This bulletin provides information to replace all four door belt outside weatherstrips on certain 2025MY Sorento (MQ4a) vehicles produced from July 24, 2024 through August 13, 2024. During the manufacturing process, a lower temperature was used during the bonding and drying process which caused a decreased in adhesion between the rubber seal and outer belt molding which can cause the rubber seal to separate from the outer belt molding on the affected vehicles.
