Official summary
Some 2023 model year ES 250, ES 300h, ES 350, and UX 250h vehicles with DCM firmware version earlier than LG-N210ee9999-09 may exhibit a condition in which the vehicle customize settings menu is unavailable in the head unit after connecting to Techstream. Some 2023 model year ES 250, ES 350, LS 500, LS 500h, RX 350, RX 350h, RX 500h, and RZ 450e vehicles, and 2023 –2024 model year ES 300h and UX 250h vehicles with previous versions of DCM firmware (See Table 1 below) may exhibit a condition in which remote services are inoperative.
