TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: SERVICE ACTION: LDC GROUND WIRE INSTALLATION (SA583) - This bulletin provides the procedure to install a new, shorter and thicker gauge ground wire on the Low Voltage DC-DC Converter (LDC) harness on certain 2025MY K5 (DL3) LXS w/ Idle Stop Go (ISG) vehicles produced from February 21, 2024 through May 27, 2024. The affected vehicles may experience the AVN head unit blinking and/or rebooting when the engine restarts from a stop with ISG enabled caused by a voltage drop due to an increased length of the ground wire.
