Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates that a vehicle may come to the dealer with a Forward Collision System Disabled message or a technician may encounter a Front View Camera Module (FVCM) that will not complete the learn procedure. The tech is advised to inspect the FVCM mounting bracket for being warped. If it is found to be warped it is to be replaced.
