This bulletin provides instructions to update the AVN software for certain vehicles, equipped with the 5th generation AVN software, that may experience an inoperative radio. The radio may not respond or is completely inoperative when pressing the RADIO button / icon on the AVN screen or when selecting the RADIO option in the menu.
