Certain 2024 Model Year F-150 Lightning Battery Electric Vehicles Charge Port Actuator Replacement. The vehicles involved in this program may be unable to DC fast charge if the 12-volt battery voltage falls below 9 volts. This may be due to the charge port actuator locking pin not fully extending.
