Some 2024 Ranger/Nautilus vehicles may exhibit an inoperative global opening/closing feature. Refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-11 for normal diagnostics. If normal diagnostics do not resolve the issue, inform the customer that Ford is currently working on a solution for this condition.
