D Clutch Repair Kit TSB 21-039-24 REV A - D-Clutch repair kit missing Carrier Output Shaft Seals It has been identified the Carrier Output Shaft is missing 2 seals for some of the kits delivered to dealers. These seals are not available individually. MOPAR is working to get the parts. Do not rebuild the transmission without these seals otherwise the vehicle will not have reverse. Please refer to STAR Online Publication S2421000001 for instructions for inspecting if the seals are present on the Output Shaft Carrier Shaft.
