Official summary
Certain vehicles may have a condition in which the trailer brake function is inoperative. Dealers will install a new Integrated Trailer Brake Control Switch on the instrument panel and reprogram the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) and the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM).
