Official summary
Some customers may experience a driving feel concern due to a late response to start the engine (and cancel EV mode) while climbing uphill in EV mode under a low battery SOC (30% or lower) condition. This may be caused by improper control software of the PCM. To eliminate this concern, the control software of the PCM has been modified.
