Official summary
Some 2022-2023 F-150 Lightning vehicles may exhibit diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U019B:00 stored in the secondary on-board diagnostic control module C (SOBDMC) and U0293:00 stored in the secondary on-board diagnostic control module A (SOBDM), inoperative high voltage to low voltage energy transfer feature and inoperative intelligent backup power feature. This is due to the software level of the gateway module A (GWM). No additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and a solution for this condition
