Official summary
Some 2023-2024 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a keyed ignition may exhibit a "Vehicle May Not Start/Restart Service Now" message in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U300A:01 stored in the body control module (BCM). This may be due to an obstruction of the ignition key due to a mispositioned grommet around the ignition lock cylinder. To correct this condition, reseat the grommet.
