Certain 2024MY Kona (SX2) vehicles may exhibit a rattle noise from the front passenger non-power (manual) seat while driving, caused by excessive tolerance within the seat track assembly. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to inspect the gap between the self-clinching stud and seat track and install the correct E-clip that corresponds to the gap size.
